This one was fun, and completed for @officialsayfc Big Burns Supper Auction to raise money for their big build project! ✨

When I spoke to national Chair, Jillian, we discussed the very basic idea of having a link to agriculture and the rest she left up to me, giving me lots of freedom to create something colourful 🎨

I was part of Young Farmers and a member of @bellbaxterads for a long time! Not only does it give young people lots of opportunities to try new things and learn from each other, it’s also where I’ve made life long friends and my life simply would not be the same without it 🫶🏻

They’re raising money for a much needed new building at the home of the Royal Highland Show, Ingliston. The building will be used for so many of their events, meetings and competitions throughout the year and is a huge project! 👷🏻‍♀️

So glad I got to do this for them ✨

Your invitations are the first impression of your wedding for your guests, and I fee very lucky that I get to be a part of it ✨

Some tips while planning;

1. COLOUR PALETTE
Always a good idea to include your bridesmaids colours. Chances are, you’re also using this colour throughout your wedding decor. Guests will catch on and avoid wearing the colour, and sometimes choose things that will compliment it = beaut photos.

2. WORDING
Although there are lots of traditions and etiquette, lots of invitations have different ways of wording. Sometimes invites come from parents and are more formal, you might choose ‘together with their families’ to start, or it might be you as a couple inviting everyone. All can set a different tone.

3. FINISHING TOUCHES
The best way to add some extra personality and luxury. Whether this is with custom shapes, different ribbons & ties, wax seals, gold edges etc. sooooo many options and one of my fav parts!
